Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Keith Court Co. handles information for Sway, our website, and related support. It is written for the current version of Sway.

1. Who We Are

Sway is offered by Keith Court Co. ("Keith Court," "we," "us," or "our"). You can contact us through support.

2. What This Policy Covers

This policy covers Sway, keithcourt.com, and support communications related to Sway. It does not cover Apple services, device operating systems, or third-party websites that we do not control.

3. Information Sway Is Designed To Keep On Your Device

Sway is a breathing, reflection, and intentional-living app. The app is designed so personal content such as reflection notes, feelings, check-ins, breathwork history, and intentional practices can remain on your device unless you choose to export, share, back up, or send that information somewhere else.

If you delete the app, erase your device, or do not keep a backup, information stored only on your device may be lost.

4. Apple Health And Device Permissions

Sway may offer features that use Apple Health, notifications, widgets, or other device permissions. These features are optional and depend on the permissions you grant in iOS.

When Sway reads Apple Health information, it uses that information to support in-app wellness context and personalization. Sway does not sell Apple Health information or use it for advertising.

5. Information You Send To Us

If you contact us for support, submit feedback, or otherwise reach out, we may receive your name, message content, device details you choose to include, screenshots, and any other information you decide to send.

We use that information to respond to you, troubleshoot issues, improve Sway, and keep appropriate business records.

6. Website Information

When you visit keithcourt.com, standard hosting systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, pages requested, and date or time of access. We use this information to operate, secure, and improve the website.

7. Third-Party Services

We may rely on service providers for hosting, analytics, app distribution, crash reporting, customer support, or similar operations. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

Sway also operates within Apple's ecosystem. Apple Health, iCloud, App Store, TestFlight, notifications, and other Apple services are governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policies.

8. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • provide and maintain Sway and the website
  • respond to support requests and feedback
  • debug problems, protect security, and prevent misuse
  • understand high-level product needs and improve the app
  • comply with legal, tax, accounting, and App Store obligations

9. What We Do Not Do

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not use Apple Health information for advertising.
  • We do not design Sway as a social network or public content feed.
  • We do not ask you to send private reflections to support unless you choose to do so.

10. Sharing Information

We may share information with service providers, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

11. Retention

We keep support records and business records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. Information stored only on your device is controlled by your device, backups, and app settings.

12. Your Choices

You can manage device permissions in iOS Settings, delete Sway from your device, delete or edit content inside the app where those controls are available, and contact us with privacy questions. You can also choose what information to include when you contact support.

13. Children

Sway is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

14. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Sway changes. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes may receive additional notice where appropriate.
